Projects Queensland was appointed on the basis of their offer, management capability, prototype submission and history of project fit-out completion over 22 years.

They manufactured and installed the interior components from thousands of sheets of Australian plywood and we personally inspected their facilities as a part of our due diligence during the project.

PQ’s site manager clearly visualised all the elements of our interior design that also included a combination of complex ellipses, cones and compound bevels.

PQ’s production facilities masterfully produced every interior joinery element and not one item had to be adjusted during site install.

As a result of PQ’s on time delivery and dedicated commitment to the project for us, ADCO Constructions, the client, Bond University and Sunland as the philanthropic entity for the school we have been delighted to indicate to PQ our intention of future project collaboration and involvement with their team.

The architect, Greg Read of Project Planning Group, who designed this stunning home, included a massive, black lacquered kitchen and it was always going to be a challenge to meet the design intent.
